Its is never too late to start your wellness journey. Winter months make you want to stay inside and resist cold, outside weather. While there is no way around it, your body needs water.

Why? Your body is made up of at least 75% water. Staying hydrated reduces tiredness and headaches.

There are some easy ways to pick up that cup or traveling water container. Read below:

Take your water with you. Keep containers of water planted in places you spend the most time such as your car, your office desk, next to your bed and in your carry bag.

Set your timer to drink. As you make drinking water a habit, do not forget to remind yourself to stay the course. On your laptop, computer or cellphone, set a time reminder that states, “Drink water” at different times throughout the day.

Drink first thing in the morning and at the end of your day. It’s a mind hack! Studies show that you are more likely to remember the first and last tasks you complete each day. Let drinking water be your first and last health tasks. Whether you prefer your water hot and infused with tea or cold with ice, get it in! Drink!
